Sintered NdFeB Magnets

Sintered NdFeB Magnets
Sintered · Rare Earth

Overview

Sintered neodymium-iron-boron (NdFeB) is currently the strongest permanent magnet material in production, offering the highest energy product of any commercial magnet. It is the default choice wherever maximum field strength in minimum volume is required.

Our grain boundary diffusion process raises intrinsic coercivity and maximum working temperature while sharply reducing heavy rare-earth content — delivering high-temperature grades (SH / UH / EH / TH) at a controlled cost.

Available in discs, blocks, rings, arcs and custom geometries, with coatings including NiCuNi, Zn, epoxy, phosphate and multi-layer systems for demanding environments.

Key features

  • Highest energy product of any commercial magnet — (BH)max up to 462 kJ/m³ (58 MGOe)
  • Working temperatures from 80 °C (N) up to 240 °C (TH series)
  • Grain boundary diffusion for high coercivity with reduced heavy rare-earth usage
  • Coatings: NiCuNi, Zn, epoxy, phosphate, multi-layer electroplating and nano coating
  • Custom shapes to drawing with tight dimensional tolerances
