Overview

Every magnetizing application requires a purpose-built coil or fixture to convert the magnetizer’s stored electrical energy into the required magnetic field. We design the magnetic circuit, conductor geometry, cooling and mechanical location around your part and target pole pattern.

Our fixture range covers axial, diametric, radial inner- and outer-multipole, axial face multipole, radial-ring and skewed magnetization. We also support misalignment magnetization and embedded magnetization for traditional, combined and spoke-type rotors.

Fixtures can be supplied as standalone tooling or integrated with magnetizing, magnetic-field testing and automated loading equipment for development laboratories and volume-production lines.
